London Olympic Indian hockey team’s suffering at the Olympics continued, as their 4th consecutive defeat against South Korea 4-1 in Group B of the Olympic men's hockey competition.
Leading the Korean charge was 25-year Drag Fliker Hyun Woo Nam with two
strikes (59th, 70th) and Jong Hyun Jang (6th) and Seung Il Lee (68th) score in with one apiece while India's only goals scorer was Gurwinder Singh Chandi 10th minute a fine cross by Birthday Boy Dharamveer deflected into
the Goal.
While Netherlands and Germany are assured semi-final
berths, India are out of medal contention and
have to be content to play for Classification Match depend on their
results against Belgium in their last league
games.
As always, India's Team was all about reaction and
individual abilities rather than any framework or plan in distinct
comparison to the well-drilled Korean who epitomized group effort.

However, in the second half of the match, South Korea included two more goal while Indian did not able to convert chances into goal. Korea's third goal came towards the end, in the 68th min. 4-1 embarrassing lose for the eight-time Olympic medalists Indian.
